Users must provide accurate and current personal information at the time of registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License of Use

Aatrye Consultancy grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Users are prohibited from:

• Sharing login credentials
• Distributing or copying content without permission
• Modifying or reverse engineering any proprietary software or tools
• Commercializing or reselling our services

4. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice, unless legally required.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aatrye Consultancy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed INR 500 or 50% of the total fees paid by you, whichever is lower.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on our platform — including logos, texts, images, and software — are the intellectual property of Aatrye Consultancy. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration under applicable laws.

Payment & Subscription Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the billing, subscription, and refund-related terms applicable to the use of Aatrye Consultancy’s services.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription models to accommodate varied counselling and exam-preparation needs. Each plan includes specific services, validity, and pricing — all of which are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• UPI
• Net Banking

All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure channels.

3. Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as per the selected plan.
• All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
• Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations will be applied at the start of the next billing period.

4. Access Terms

Users with valid subscriptions will have platform access limited to compatible devices. Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable. Please review plan details and eligibility before purchase.

Exceptions (where applicable):

• Technical errors resulting in overpayment
• Duplicate transactions

Valid refund requests can be submitted via email to: aatryeconsulting@gmail.com. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days.

6. Usage Restrictions

• Paid content and resources are for individual use only. Users are not permitted to:
• Share, copy, or redistribute paid content
• Tamper with DRM or platform restrictions

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments or usage shall be resolved in accordance with Indian laws. Arbitration clauses as outlined in our Terms of Use will apply.

8. Policy Updates

Aatrye Consultancy reserves the right to revise this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
